A bit off topic but I have noticed a degraded service in baggage delivery in hkg. The last 2 arrivals I have waited almost an hour for bags to start arriving on the carousel with announcements apologising for it. I used to be able to rely on bags arriving quickly, but these days haven't had great luck.
