I had some issue contacting the US office last week. After getting into the hold queue, I was being disconnected at some random interval. Then, when calling back I would get a busy signal.

Happened a couple of times....then finally was able to reach someone.

Might have been some one-off technical issue unless others have experienced the same.

And yes, the US office is only open M-F business hours, West coast time zone.
