One more thing about the Trip Report... I still need to add the menus, the return journey and Stez's hotel pics (once I can find the words to describe the visual feast that that one is).

I am also now ready for contributions for the final section. So if any that went can send me over your lasting impressions, memoirs and why you would do it all again (or not?!), it would be much appreciated!
