On my last trip I remembered to try the Nespresso, which I normally like. I found the altitude made it pretty bland to be honest. A similar thing happens with the tea, although that also suffers with the water being way too cold (About 85C I believe). I suspect the airlines that have good tea and coffee have blends specially designed for altitude.
