Anyone have experience using Paypal or Perkstreet debit cards overseas? Since they offer 1% rewards and charge a 1% foreign transaction fee, it seems like the fee would be offset (since no debit card currently offers both rewards and no forex fee). Might be a decent option for travelers who already have one of these cards and don't make frequent ATM withdrawals.
