I'm a Continental flyer, now a United flyer. I have never done anything with my annual cards than put them in a drawer. I've alternated silver and gold for years. I know my number and nobody has ever wanted to see a card. I'm so used to getting information on websites and knowing my status is out there in the great database in the sky that I've never given it a thought until now.
