You've been married 6 years and your in-laws don't know you didn't change your name???

Is this a passive aggressive move on their part to avoid spending the holiday together? Or to force your name change if you want to be accepted as family worthy for holiday inclusion?

Not sure "family" like that is worth the extra TSA hassle
