Sorry to here about your plight - but trying to use GPU's during the absolutely busiest time of the year for air travel is mission difficult to say the least. Were your other 'misses' also during holiday periods?

I am not sure if blackout periods for GPU redemption are an attractive alternative, but at least that would set expectations properly.
