Luggage did not arrive with us
4 of us (me,kids and wife) just flew F rewards from JFK to China via HKG and our luggage did not arrive at the final destination after waiting over an hr at the baggage claim. The problem is our winter jackets are all in the checked bags and it is freezing here. I am going to go buy some jackets for all of us tomorrow and I wonder what the official CX policy on the reimbursement is? Also anyone know an email address for Cathay HKG office that I can send my baggage trace requests to? I already filed a report at the airport but it didn't look like folks working here were very responsive on my requests. I am very unhappy.
