Yes, have flown CX in business but before new configuration. My husband purchased the tickets before I did any research. When I saw the configuration, I was apprehensive but was hoping for the best. Unfortunately, that didn't prove to be the case. Great airline but next time, we definitely will not be flying CX. We flew with my son on Emirates in business class last year and he was fine, just watched his videos and slept the entire four segments there and back but he was seated between us.

Jinxy- thanks for your advice. I hadn't thought about it that way before. Maybe better to have him miserable for awhile with understanding staff than miserable the whole flight with less understanding staff.
