Thank you all for the helpful tips my wife and I find them very helpful. We are just staying in Kyoto for 13-15 and Hiroshima 15-18, and then Tokyo 18-27.

I grabbed the hotel Dormy Inn in Kyoto, the Ana Crowne Plaza in Hiroshima 1 paid stay and then points for the next 2 nights, Tokyo is not set in stone but I would like to do 2 nights at PHT and then 6 at the Conrad.

Is it even worth considering to go try the Hilton Tokyo even though the consensus is Conrad is far superior?
