You have to do this crossing by foot but if it is just an in and out, it will be really quick.
I'd vote for Shenzhen bay, but even there for example on Saturday Aug 18 at 10 am there was a queue of 4 hours leaving China into HK, no idea why. At Gongbei-Macau the queue is almost guaranteed. Most likely on both sides (unless you hold a MacauID or a permanent HKID that you have registered to use the e-channels at the Macau side). If you opt for Macau, go to the Taipa-Wanzai border.
