really? I would think that this is the perfect time to upgrade a service member. I mean really...this is one of the only places that the GA has a little bit of discretion. You don't know that pilots situation or that service members story...but maybe the GA does. It might not just be about screwing over medallions for their friends, but rather, using their good judgement. Have you ever had anyone at Delta bend the rules in your favor...especially on a bad day? I know that I have and I really, really appreciate it.
