Good to know, but I assure you many on this forum would feel differently.

Either a policy is a policy (UG order for elites, not employees, service members, etc.) and it needs to be adhered as close to 100% of the time as possible, or consider it a free for all once you board the plane and be happy with your seat in Economy.
