Would anyone feel differently if the GA decided to upgrade a service member to that last FC seat instead of the pilot that was seated in EC?

Bottom line: if you're on a flight and you actually SEE something like this happen and you're concerned, ring your call button and ask. Otherwise, email a complaint to Delta.
