I see them consolidating service from a small number of airports. They are catering to central/east coast passangers for hawaii.

This means likely hub airports for Hawaii travel will be:

1. Oakland
2. Phoenix
3. Las Vegas
4. Seattle or Portland

They could do service flipping between airports...like flying M/W/F from Oaklnd and T/R/Sa from San jose or do the same between PDX and SEA.

They will likely do interisland routing such as flying coast-OGG-KOA-coast or coast-HNL-LIH-coast Other option is do a HNL-KOA, HNL-OGGm and OGG-LIH pairing in routing
I believe you're correct on all counts. Although the range of a fully loaded 738 is about the distance from PHX-HNL so I'm not so sure about that route. PHX-KOA perhaps.
