Thanks for the info. I've amended my post on the first page to get rid of the card type (just "please cancel card ending in 0000") and noted the new subject line character limit there.

And I'm happy to hear that's the only part that no longer worked! Citi has changed so much of their website recently, so it's good to know that they only "broke" one small thing in the online cancellation process.
