What is the name of the passenger that appears on their ticket/e-ticket receipt

if it is the correct name, then I would be looking at claiming additional costs off of AA

If the name on the receipt matches what the check in system shows, then I am inclined to believe that someone screwed up when buying the ticket. If done online , then I would believe the issue to be the person who did the online purchase
