Let's say KLM does indeed pay 2% to have the payment processed. This means for ICA flights a € 15 fee will cover the costs for tickets <€ 750.
When I book a € 2500 WBC ticket, KLM pays € 50 processing fee, the customer only € 15. The shorthaul customer is paying to much, the longhaul customer should pay more. But who would be willing to pay € 50 processing fee?
