Eric Briffard is Exec Chef at FS GV. Extremely high quality F&B, from le Cinq gastronomic to la Galerie all-day-dining, and le Bar, which does some very fine snacks, including Lobster Club at around 68 Euros.
Fabulous wine lists.
Rooms service is good, but it's a pity to eat in when the restaurants are so lovely. Courtyard dining in the summer months is superb.
