Southwest doesnt have the fleet of airplanes to do all this service, not to mention the competition from Alaska Airlines.
I see them consolidating service from a small number of airports. They are catering to central/east coast passangers for hawaii.
This means likely hub airports for Hawaii travel will be:
1. Oakland
2. Phoenix
3. Las Vegas
4. Seattle or Portland
They could do service flipping between airports...like flying M/W/F from Oaklnd and T/R/Sa from San jose or do the same between PDX and SEA.
They will likely do interisland routing such as flying coast-OGG-KOA-coast or coast-HNL-LIH-coast Other option is do a HNL-KOA, HNL-OGGm and OGG-LIH pairing in routing
