Thanks. Yeh I called while posting. The rep said DL was completely responsible but that regardless, the MQMs should be credited to the year in which a purchase was made. I guess I will just drop down for a little bit until they post, if they post after the New Year. Here's hoping!
And if you have to call back, be persistent. I had one year where I didn't notice that the bonus MQMs had not posted in January (long before I knew about FT
), but early March noticed I wasn't even FO any more.
I recall having to call both AMEX & DL but eventually it was all unraveled & my lowly Silver Medallion status was restored. ^
