I would guess that you booked a regular room with a view and the "1 bedroom ocean view" is a senior suite with a view, while the town home would be an even larger and more residential suite, perhaps with kitchen, laundry, etc. Both of these are likely to be significantly beyond the normal Diamond upgrade and probably beyond a Diamond suite upgrade would get, but you might want to call either the Diamond line or the property to clarify room categories and upgrade policies before deciding.
