see if you can make reservation for Tin Lung Heen in the Ritz (view is to die for but also consider just going for the buffet brunch... and get off the train at Kowloon...

i mean check out this view from where you could have brunch...



or perhaps Lei Garden in IFC - best to have a cantonese speaker if possible call for you... for other choices, unlikely but maybe Lung King Heen in the FS...Ho Hung Kee on 2 Sharp Street East, Causeway Bay for some really good won ton min....the Chairman and Fook Lam Moon are also great for dim sum...and of course, for some typhoon shelter crab, check out here...
