I have a stay coming up in Tokyo and chose the Conrad over the Park Hyatt...PH is excellent but I have stayed there before, so I wanted to try something new, plus it is less than 1/2 mile from the fish market.
Location/Luxury wise it is hard to beat the Conrad for me.
