Of the 80 to 85sq m we have, the 2nd bedroom and bathroom takes up 15 sq m max so the main room is the equivalent of a 70 sq m hotel room.

Not sure what the position is with using Madinat beach if not staying there. In the Jumeirah directory in the room, Emirates Towers stresses that guests there get Madinat access. However, they do not say this about the new cheap Creekside property. If you don't mind a cab ride each day, Emirates Towers is a very very cheap way to enjoy a Madinat holiday, probably 75 per cent cheaper at peak times.
I'm a huge fan of the deluxe suite at JET which works out much cheaper than the beach hotels and yet is so bloody good. The service at JET is fantastic too in our opinion. We usually tag a few nights at JET onto our overall trip to bring the average night cost down. Next Easter we are staying at JET in the suite for 4 nights and JBH for a week.

The reason for staying at Zabeely next May is because its so cheap and we wanted to give it a try. We've also promised to take the kids to sample Atlantis next May which if I am honest I have been trying to put off for the last two years. Wild Wadi is included in the price Kids eh?
