You guys are all in the good mood for this hotel so sorry if below comments doesn't sound good.

First, our Accour Plus status was Gold by the time we check in but the receptionist still came and ask us if we would like to upgrade for a certain fee.

Second, when we have lunch at the restaurant (Citadel), they count my 2 years old daughter as an adult. So so funny, just a little money so we didn't bother to argue with them but 10 dollars really ruined the good feeling that I have about this hotel.
