Overall the suites are very similar. Some here will point out differences in height etc but to me they are the same. I would definitely take the 14 hour BNE leg. The 777 suites have a more exclusive feel with only 8 suites as opposed to the 14 on the A380. The only advantage the 380 has is the shower...
