It's a model, not even close to accurate. The prev pic is accurate. It's just a building sandwiched in between two other buildings in midtown.

The rooms photos are almost certainly mock ups also at this point.

They have a warehouse outside Chicago with model rooms for various versions of HP and HH new builds around the world.
