Just an observation about redeeming miles on MH after they join OneWorld in Feb. Obviously MH joining OneWorld will add a significant amount of "new" destinations when redeeming miles from other accounts. I just want you to be aware of the awfully high "charges" when booking awards with MH..

Ex: KUL-DPS C Class award, total charges 945 Ringits, $312
Normal economy ticket price when purchased 1200 Ringits, $400

KUL-NRT C Class award one way, 1286 Ringits, $430.

I certainly hope that these "surcharges" are adjusted in February but I highly doubt it
