I tried to check in on my phone last Sunday but was told that I needed to enter my passport details. I assumed this was probably a glitch with the new iPhone app so tried to do a normal OLCI instead - however I was also asked to re-enter my passport details via this method. I did so thinking that my previously stored details may have got deleted from the database during the latest system upgrade.

I OLCI'd for the return journey last night and found once again that I was asked for my passport details, even though I checked that they were correctly stored under my BAEC account.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it of any relevance that this was a redemption flight, or that I was op-upped in both directions (prior to checkin)?
