Was just looking at the GH Bangkok with the IBM rate. When you click on rate details:

Rate Description:
IBM CORP ***DO NOT BOOK*** Per IBM policy all travelers are required to make their reservations via the online booking tool or through the authorized Travel Agency This company has a volume pricing agreement with specific Hyatt Hotels. -Rate includes Internet access in room -6 pm cancellation

******

So say someone was eligible to use the IBM rate as a contractor. And has the credentials to prove it. But clearly they don't book through the designated travel agency and instead use hyatt.com. Then what?
