the only booking class I have had a problem with is "P" on UA. I purchased a ticket in discounted business "P" from IST to EWR. The TK site is usually very clear which classes earn miles and which classes are excluded. When "P" was introduced in late spring, TK never updated its website. They did for LH, though. After sending in my boarding passes I got the flown distance x 1,0 as good will (which is a strange wording because either the class earns miles or not). I sent an email to TK but did not get a reply. The lack of communication is the biggest problem with TK. Sometimes you get a reply, sometimes you don't and if, then often with text modules that answer anything but your original question.
