I'm getting these almost every stay now. This was the one for last weekend at the JW in Seoul, S. Korea.

First of all, your request for the early check-in at 11:00am on 14th of December is well noted. We will definitely endeavor to accommodate your request for early check in, but please understand that we are unable to confirm at this time since it will be subject to availability on the day of your arrival.

Furthermore, your prior request for sending service on your trip from our hotel to the airport is well noticed.
We have reserved a van at 7:00am on 17th of December for 6 people heading to Incheon airport, however please give us your flight detail as well to be confirmed.
Also we would like to inform you that the cost for sending service is 125,000KRW and the charge will be automatically charged to your room account.

We did get the early check in, the van was right there when we checked out and I got my upgrade to a Concierge level room.

Mind you, London - Seoul - London for a 3 night weekend stay was a mite adventurous.
