So then you would agree that if he speeds and violates the law, how could he ever be trusted.

Look, I am not supporting what he was arrested for, but the bottom line is he was never convicted for something that in Nevada can be legal. If we are going to base our decisions on just the arrest, then we have lost our way on the rule of law. Do you think that cops are always saints in these matters and we should treat them as infallible? Just look at what happened with Phil Mocek, his arrest, trial and the shenanigans that went on with his recording equipment.
