Does the fare basis for the part that you are keeping require a roundtrip? If so, your value without haveing a round (or circle) trip cannot be calculated as no segment is valid without the other.

You would need to examine your linear fare construction and the fare rules for each fare basis code to determine what, if any, the residual value would be.
