I'm guessing it just means you qualify for the discounted DL AMEX $25 visit passes (they aren't actually "day" passes). I'm pretty sure they need to swipe your Plat AMEX in order to get in free, but you could just try handing them your boarding pass and ID and see what happens when they scan your BP.
