If you are able to show (not faking) that you have certain limitations, Disneyland will issue you a pass to "technically" bypass the main line all the way to the front.
If you or your companion qualify, you can save that money (as with that pass, doing the whole park in a day is absolutely possible).
Your post brought me back to a much simpler time, when we'd rent a wheelchair for my kid brother (who did not need one) so we could all skip the lines at Disneyland.
It's amazing how everybody back then did not take advantage of this loophole so that the sneaky few (us) could get away with it. Of course, people have gotten a lot wiser (in the Wiseguy sense) since then and pulling such a stunt nowadays without a triple-certified holographic and notarized copy of a document evidencing permanent and total disability would be impossible.
