I have to say, I receive GREAT service from the three hotels I stay at regularly (not enough sample to comment on the many other properties I stay at during a random travel). Included are the following:
- extra bed comforter when I commented on one being too light (I didn't ask for it)
- HP snack given from store even when I selected points (happened more than once)
- newspaper found back of house when my selection wasn't available
- access to RC after it was closed as she saw me just arrive and asked if I wanted anything
- always removing a questionable charge when I ask
And to top it off, the HR Tokyo knows my non-smoking demands to every detail, as they only have a handful of rooms that are non-smoking and not adjacent (in any direction) to smoking, and they always block me accordingly. I even leave business clothes there and they are well taken care of. Can't say if they (would) do this for a non-Diamond.
