First off does anyone have any experience actually traveling to Yangon, Myanmar? I am contemplating some business opportunities there and would be making a few exploratory trips there.

Now, can anyone recommend a way to use miles (skyteam or star alliance) to get there from New York? Also, would anyone know a carrier that makes regular trips between Yangon and either TPE or HKG, preferably one which takes miles?
