I'll be travelling to India (not sure which date) and would appreciate some gurus help with my questions

1)Is there any India based airline that allows noshow refunds on a pure domestic ticket ?

2)In BOM/DEL, you still need a working cell phone number to get your id and password for wifi access?

3)do you need a printout of your reservation to get on to intldomestic shuttle and to enter inside the terminal ? Do they alow you just by showing a reservation confirmation on your cell/laptop ?

4)which airline/agency website accepts US based credit card for booking
