I agree that I like being able to earn EXP, but this statement sums up why i think AA needs to change. As a company, most "valuable" customers should be rewarded, not most "creative".
I fully expect that I would not always benefit from this type of change, but I just think the loyalty program should align to the company goals ... profitability and value.
