I changed my email address within the past year
I am not sure how long the transition took; everything arrives at my new email address now.
In the beginning, I received some emails at my previous address and all of my account information arrived at my new email address. I wondered if it had something to do with different "offers" I had elected to receive. If I saw an option to change my email address on an offer I received, I then changed my email through that channel as well. Other than that, I did not take any steps to correct the problem. It did not seem like that big of problem to me before it corrected itself.
