If your destination is Baker Street, the quicket option is the HEX or Connect to Paddington then take the tube 2 stops. But it is also the most expensive way.
The price by taking the Underground all the way depends on what other travel plans you have in London. I assume you don't have an Oyster card?
So a paper, single ticket to Baler Street will be £5.30 until 2nd Jan, on and after 2nd Jan will be £5.50.
