I disagree but then again if say a cop beats a person up with excessive force, I fully understand suing that cop but why should the city that employees him be held accountable? Unless they were negligent in doing a background check and had it been done properly they would have found info pointing to it or he had done it before while employed by them and they didnt take any corrective action
I can understand going after the Hotel since they are the ones that should have properly trained its employees and made sure they give out the correct info or none at all. But dont think *W or SPG should have to step up to the plate on this 1, although SPG thru out a small bone. But in the end a person should still read over everything and make sure they in fact dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's.
