I don't know if five rotations a day will justify a dedicated lounge, especially with limited oneworld custom (other carriers are limited I believe to IB, S7 seasonally, and AA who use terminal 2 and already have an arrangement with EI).
Yeah it would be great to have a BA Galleries lounge, but I think pretty unlikely as you say .. best we could probably hope for would be a nice refurbished Servisair lounge (if they did it up like the one they've renovated at LGW N I'd be quite happy with that)
I don't know what arrangements are there for the other Star Alliance passengers .. the leaflet calls out LH, LX and TK but doesn't mention the rest (There's a *A logo I guess, but it looks like part of the Swiss logo .. but given the general care and attention that seems to have been lavished on producing this leaflet who knows !) .. Others like SK, US, UA etc. used to be entitled to use the ex-BMI lounge .. they'll surely have some arrangement in place.
