No turkey here this Christmas.
We're having slow-cooked Leg of Lamb and slow-cooked Pork Butt.
And eventually some veggies, once the OH gets up to put them on. And I make the sauce.
OMG, and I'm in charge of the starter, which will be fishy/prawny/spicy/saucy.
The cheese is already acquired, thanks to the Normandy Christmas Market we have in St Helier - really interesting
real cheese, so eat your hearts out
ANYWAY, another Ho-Ho-Ho. May your dumplings be fluffy and your veggies crispy. And none of it served in a foil dish
