Hi all,

I have a few options and wanted to get your idea as to which would be best for my travel.

I can travel from Philladelphia via London to Mumbai, but the layover is 4 hours and I heard that there is a secuirty check which can take a lot of time.

Do I have to get my baggage in London and re-check them in for Mumbai?
As far as the security check, why do they do it the second time? Also concerned if I would need a Transit visa to go through london.

The second option - fly emirates from Dulles airport, but will have travel by train or car 2+ from Delaware and again, don't know if I need transit visa in Dubai?

Third option - Fly Continental out of EWR, but will have to take a train to get to EWR.

Also the third option is the most expensive.

Is going through London stressful, I don't want to be worrying if I will make the connecting flight because of long security lines etc.Layover is 4 hours.

What do you guys suggest?
