As I checked in today, the receptionist mistook me for another member with the same surname who is Diamond (apparently he's using a suite upgrade, whoever he is). I jokingly said I'd be happy to take it. That didn't happen, but she did give me a 6 pm checkout for free, because she had made the mistake on my name. Nice gesture.
