Changing FF Program after check in
Tricky question:

I have Elite Status on AF and therefore can select preferred seats on DL as well as get first free bag. I have an upcoming flight in U that earns only 25%.

What happens if I go to the podium after check-in and ask to change the FF number to an Alaska Airlines number where I have no Elite status but where I could earn 100%.

I understand that I loose the possibility of an Elite upgrade.
What about the bag fee and the pre-assigned seat?
